A few years ago, I had a client who gave the enemy ownership of her emotions to stop her night terrors at age 5 (she was 25ish when I saw her) That night I didn’t feel anything super special, but I knew it was key. She came in two weeks later and said for the first time she didn’t have grotesque thoughts of death & suicide all day. (Something she had never disclosed to me before). She said until that moment she never knew a day without thinking about death! Praise Jesus!
